Fit at 50 - An Exercise Routine for the busy male.

Gentlemen,

I know what it is like to get up before the chickens. Shit, Shower, and Shave (a little lingo from the military), head out the door and drive that hour commute, do the 8-12 hours on the job, drive back home, and repeat the process the next day.


And for most men, if they don't have a good woman taking care of the home front having a meal waiting for them when they get home, most likely they are not going to prep and cook a meal; let alone after coming home from work, go back out to the gym after a full day.


Here is a simple workout you can do...EVERY DAY at home. Now if you believe you don't have time for the workout below, cancel the gym membership (if you have one), stop looking at fitness videos on YouTube, and just be fat and be happy...Seriously.


But that's not you. We are men. When we want something we go get it. So it's not the lack of motivation or discipline as the reason we don't work out, it's a priority issue. Your health and body image for whatever reason is not high on your priority list.


Let's change that.


There 3 stages in this program. Stage One is for those who have not worked out since the Obama administration was in office. Do this Stage first for two weeks. Note: Fellas please check your egos. Some of you could not do 20 pushups if there was a $100 bet on the table. Do this Stage One first, don't start Stage 3.


Then move on to Stage Two. Try to do all 50 reps in one set. Once you can perform all 50 reps unbroken move on to Stage Three.


Do this routine after you get up in the morning or as soon as you get into the house! I have a home gym and there were days I literally did my workout in my work clothes as soon as I got home.



STAGE One

25x Pushups

25x Star Situps

25x Squats

2 Rounds


STAGE Two

50x Pushups

50x Star Situps

50x Squats


STAGE Three

100x Pushups

100x Star Situps

100x Squats


For some, Stage one will leave them sore for days. That's okay. The body will heal and adapt in time. If you have to perform one of the stages every other day for a while then so be it. Keep doing it. In time you will be able to knock out this routine in 30 minutes or less. And for God's sake, clean up your diet! And watch how your body transforms into something you will admire.
